TaxPro Web:
Our Proprietary Software
TaxPro Web is a wizard-driven software that simplifies tax preparation. You don’t need technical expertise or advanced math skills to use it—if you can read and fill out a form, you can successfully prepare taxes using our software. Our “Tax Pro Web.” Tax software is designed to be user-friendly, so whether you're tech-savvy or new to tax software, you'll find it easy to navigate and highly effective for your needs.
Compensation Model
Unlike traditional tax preparation companies, which pay hourly wages ranging from $8-$12, we offer a flat rate of $100 per tax return. Our tax preparers often complete 3-5 returns a day, making $300-$500 daily, significantly more than the industry average.
Incentives
We understand that tax preparation might not always be the most exciting job, so we strive to make it rewarding. For your first five tax returns you bring in on your own, we reward you with an expenses paid vacation!
Home Path Program
TPB is the only tax company nationwide offering a path to homeownership through a partnership with Regions Bank. After filing their taxes with us, clients can apply for this program, which helps them qualify for a home, even if they face credit or income challenges.
This opportunity is also available to you as a TPB tax preparer.
Franchise Opportunity and Career Advancement
We are committed to your growth and offer a clear path for career advancement. Our “Earn or Buy” program allows you to either purchase a franchise or earn it by completing 100 tax returns in a season. This program not only provides you with career advancement but also extends our brand’s reach.
Comprehensive Training
We provide all necessary training, Monday through Friday from 6 PM EST – 9 PM EST. You’ll learn tax terminology, theory, and how to effectively use our tax software.
Marketing Support
We handle most of the marketing for you by running targeted Facebook ads that generate leads. These leads are automatically distributed through our custom CRM, and you’ll receive notifications when a new client is available. While we provide the clients, promoting your services independently will further increase your earnings. You’ll also have a personal customer portal and website to direct your clients to.
